The Show Company US LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates enchantedenamel.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect on the Site
- Your shopping cart is saved on your own device by your web browser, so it is still there when you come back. Your cart is never sent to our servers, and clearing your browser's data removes it.
- Your browser sends standard request information (such as IP address, user agent, and referrer) when loading pages and the public product inventory endpoint. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on the Site.
Information Collected at Checkout
Checkout is handled by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). When you proceed to checkout you are taken to Stripe's hosted checkout page, where you provide:
- Your name and email address
- A shipping address (we currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, and Japan)
- Payment card details
We never see or store your full payment card details. Stripe shares with us the order summary, your email, and your shipping address so that we can fulfill your order. Stripe's processing of your data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information
- To fulfill and ship your order
- To communicate with you about your order (shipping confirmation, problems, follow-up)
- To maintain inventory, accounting, and tax records
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.
Third-Party Services

- Shipping carriers: delivery only
- Hosting and content-delivery providers used to serve the Site
Cookies & Browser Storage
The only thing we save in your browser is your shopping cart, so it is still waiting for you on your next visit. We do not set advertising cookies or use third-party trackers.
Data Retention
Order records are retained for as long as necessary to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Stripe retains payment data under its own retention policies.
Your Rights
Depending on your location (for example, the EU, UK, or California), you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email enquiries@theshowcompany.com.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.

These Terms of Service govern your use of enchantedenamel.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. The Site is operated by The Show Company US LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products
Enchanted Enamel offers limited-edition fantasy enamel pins. Each design is produced in a strictly limited run of 100 pieces and will not be reproduced once sold out. Pins are hard enamel on plated metal (gold, silver, or black depending on the design) and ship with a certificate of authenticity. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from on-screen renders due to monitor calibration and the nature of small-batch enamel production.
Pricing
Pin and bundle prices are listed on the Site at the time of purchase and are charged in U.S. dollars. We may adjust prices at any time, but the price displayed at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Orders & Payment
Adding items to your cart does not reserve inventory. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully captured by Stripe. Charges will appear on your statement as THE SHOW COMPANY. If a pin sells out before your payment completes, we will refund the affected line item.
Shipping
United States shipping is a flat $0.99 per order, no matter how many pins you order. International shipping is a flat $14.99 per order to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, and Japan; any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
All Sales Final
Because each design is a strictly limited collectible, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact enquiries@theshowcompany.com within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, photographs, and Site content are owned by The Show Company US LLC or its independent artist partners. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork without written permission.
Enchanted Enamel is an independent brand. Our pins are original fan-made creations and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape inventory data at abusive rates, or use the Site for fraudulent purchases.
Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
